Why Dubai?
Dubai is the gateway to the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Read on to see the three main reasons why you should have a regional homebase in Dubai.

1.Excellent potential
Boeing and Airbus share an optimistic twenty years forecast of aircraft sales for the Middle East. Aviation in this region will show resilience during the COVID-19 crisis and return to growth over the longer term.
The Aerospace industry is an essential contributor to the Middle East economy. In the United Arab Emirates, government initiatives and investments in the aerospace industry have driven strong demand resulting in new partnerships and contracts.
Dubai invites large international corporations and small and medium enterprises (SME) to benefit from the country’s aerospace strategy and discover business potential in the Middle East and beyond.

2. Unparalleled connectivity
Dubai is the leading trade & logistics gateway to the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Its superb location allows businesses to reach one third of the world’s population within a four-hour flight radius, and two-thirds within an eight-hour radius; an unparalleled market catchment area.
The leading airlines in the United Arab Emirates, Emirates Airlines and Etihad Airways serve extensive networks to the Middle East and all continents.
An excellent supply chain infrastructure is well established. International Trade & Logistics is part of Dubai’s DNA.

3. Exceptional resources
Dubai South is Dubai’s flagship urban project centered around the world's largest airport in the making. The project is home of the Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub, an economic zone created specifically with aerospace industry in mind.
Offices, warehouses and hangars are available to suit all aerospace market players; airside & landside. Built-to-suit options are offered and supported by an aerospace industry ecosystem on site.
Dubai attracts skilled aircraft technicians, logistics experts, customer service representatives and general administrative staff from around the world. In addition, Dubai’s high concentration of world-class universities provides a well educated local workforce.

“We are not building the largest airports in the world. We are building the aviation capital of the world”
